One gallon of milk! I can't drink that much!

Along with the stimulation of the 20-rep breathing squats, milk is the other ingredient necessary to trigger weight gains, as part of a heavy diet.

Milk is high in protein and calories. It's a conveinent way to increase your food intake in order to bulk up. Whole milk will work better than skim milk. But a gallon a day?

Yes, that's a lot. Maybe too much. But you'll only drink that much for a few weeks before you take a break from the routine.

Increase your milk intake a little every day. A smaller lifter might not be able to drink a gallon. A larger lifter might drink more.

If you have milk alergies, you'll have to find another way to increase your food intake.

Gradually increase your food and milk intake and your squatting weight.

You'll start gaining!
